Research is the name of such effort that starts from search and leads to attestation as well as exploration of knowledge. Besides enhancing knowledge, research is the basic necessity of a living society at each and every stage of life. Every research includes a part of written script at a specific time. Research based on written. Script or documentation is also called historical research. Documental research is a combination of stored information of the past and scientific method. This type of research is used to discover the background of all present difficulties regarding education or the facts about it. With respect to time, it is known as a research of past perspectives. Especially, the problems regarding language and literature depend upon historical research. In this article an attempt has been made to throw light on different stages, meaning and importance of documentary research. |
