Abstract

In this article, Sahar Badayuni’s Deewan ‘Taamaat-e-Sahar’, which is the Second Deewan of Sahar, has been analyzed intellectually and artistically. An attempt has been made to evaluate that which subjects and traits of poetry Sahar has used in his poetry and what are the qualities in it. A short brief of Sahar’s works has also been presented for the lovers of Urdu literature. This research would be helpful for the researchers and scholars, who are interested in editing of manuscripts of classical period |
