Neelam Ahmed Bashir is a prominent and versatile modern Urdu fiction Writer. She wrote and worked in different genres of literature. Her five short story books have been published. Her short stories portray realistic view of life. She is a keen observer of Life and society. This short story book, “Wehshat Hi Sahi" is fifth in row and published in 2013. Feminism, Class differences and discriminations and miseries of women in male dominant society are the main themes and motifs of short stories of this book. She also discussed the hardships and psychological problems of the people living in abroad. These Short stories are unique in diction and craft. |
